  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese or regular parmesan
  • 2 cups Organic Kale can substitute with spinach
  • 1 slices Lemon Slices for garnish
For Serving
  • 2 cups Basmati Rice or cauliflower rice for low-carb

Equipment

  • Skillet

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia to the skillet and sear it for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. The fish should be opaque and flake easily. Once cooked, remove the tilapia from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce the heat slightly and add another splash of olive oil if needed. Toss in the minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant and just beginning to turn golden.
  3. Next, add your preferred herbs and seasonings to the skillet. Stir everything together, then gradually pour in the full-fat coconut cream, vegetable or seafood stock, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and white cooking wine. Stir well to combine and allow the sauce to gently bubble on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. To thicken your sauce, quickly whisk together cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Slowly pour this mixture into the bubbling sauce while whisking continuously for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce achieves a velvety texture. Add in the chopped kale and lemon slices, allowing them to simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Finally, reduce the heat to low and carefully add the cooked tilapia back into the skillet with the creamy sauce. Gently coat the fish in the sauce and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to heat through and meld the flavors.
