Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of vanilla protein powder, ½ cup of chocolate chips, ½ cup of maple syrup, and ½ cup of peanut butter. Mix until cohesive and dough-like, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. With lightly dampened hands, scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball. Continue until all dough is shaped into about 12 balls.
  3. Place protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container or enjoy immediately. They keep well in the fridge for up to a week.
