- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of vanilla protein powder, ½ cup of chocolate chips, ½ cup of maple syrup, and ½ cup of peanut butter. Mix until cohesive and dough-like, about 2-3 minutes.
- With lightly dampened hands, scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a 1-inch ball. Continue until all dough is shaped into about 12 balls.
- Place protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
