Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Chop the cabbage, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, sauté for 3-5 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and mix thoroughly, cooking for an additional minute.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice or alone, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
