Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your grill to medium heat. Slice a baguette into ½-inch thick slices and lay the slices on a baking sheet.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven or grill for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly, then rub each slice with a cut garlic clove.
- Chop cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl, tear fresh basil leaves, and add both with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Gently mix to meld flavors.
- Take a scoop of creamy burrata cheese and place it atop each baguette slice, letting it break open.
- Spoon the tomato-basil mixture over the burrata and drizzle with balsamic glaze and more olive oil.
- Serve immediately on a platter for everyone to enjoy. The bruschetta is best enjoyed fresh.

Notes
Assemble the bruschetta just before serving to keep the bread from becoming soggy. Choosing high-quality burrata and fresh ingredients makes a big difference.
