Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Tiramisu
  1. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce: Place fresh cranberries in a saucepan over medium heat, adding sugar and water. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix the Mascarpone: In another bowl, gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone cheese until fully incorporated.
  4. Assemble the Layering: Dip ladyfingers in coffee for 2-3 seconds. Arrange in a dish as the base layer.
  5. Add the Cranberry Layer: Spread half of the cranberry sauce evenly over the ladyfingers.
  6. Include the Cream Layer: Spoon half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the cranberry layer, smoothing it out.
  7. Repeat the layers: Add another round of soaked ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cranberry sauce and the last layer of mascarpone cream.
  8. Chill the Tiramisu: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Garnish and Serve: Dust the top with cocoa powder and decorate with fresh mint leaves. Slice and serve.
