Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Cut your cold or frozen butter into small pieces and mix into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries with a spatula.
  5. Pour in your cold milk and stir gently until the dough just comes together.
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat down until 1 inch thick, then cut out biscuits.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden-brown.
  8. While baking, mix together the powdered sugar, water, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  9. Once biscuits are baked, allow to cool slightly and drizzle the lemon glaze over them.
