- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Spread the frozen fries in a single layer and bake or air fry according to package instructions for 20-25 minutes.
- While fries are cooking, shred or slice cooked chicken. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add chicken, and season to taste. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.
- In a separate frying pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Flip halfway through and transfer to paper towel to absorb excess grease, then crumble.
- Once fries are crispy, layer warm chicken over hot fries. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese on top.
- Return fries to the oven or broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top in a zigzag pattern. Add any additional toppings if desired.
