- In a food processor, add ½ cup of plain yogurt and ½ cup of mayonnaise. Pulse them together for about 10 seconds until smoothly blended.
- Next, incorporate 3 minced cloves of fresh garlic and the juice of half a lemon. Blend for another 15 seconds.
- Throw in ¼ cup of fresh chopped parsley, along with salt and pepper to taste. Process everything together for an additional 10-15 seconds.
- Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pulse the mixture one last time for about 10 seconds.
- Transfer the garlic dipping sauce into an airtight container and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, take the sauce out of the fridge and give it a gentle stir. Serve it with fresh veggies or pretzels.
