  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped) adds moisture and depth
  • 1 cup Fresh Herbs (basil, parsley) mix and match based on availability
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese use grated for better melt
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs use gluten-free if necessary
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking and flavor
  • to taste Salt and Pepper essential for seasoning
For the Sauce

Method
 

Cooking and Assembly Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 9–11 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, onion, herbs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Form small meatballs.
  3. Heat a skillet with olive oil and brown meatballs for 8–10 minutes or bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Assemble skewers by threading pasta and meatballs alternately. Add cherry tomatoes or basil for extra flavor.
  5. Serve on a platter with marinara sauce for dipping.
