Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium jar or container, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of fine sea salt. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the yogurt mixture. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of frozen berries into the oat mixture, keeping some whole for texture.
  4. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it thicken.
  5. The next morning, give the oats a stir and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired before serving.
