- In a medium-sized jar or airtight container, add rolled oats, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated and no dry oats remain visible.
- Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours, or overnight if possible.
- After chilling, stir the mixture again. If desired, add a splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency.
- Top with crushed graham crackers, banana slices, and whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
